OUR LEADERSHIP

Chip Hancock has 37 years’ experience in banking at Republic Bank. Chip’s responsibilities include developing customers for private banking, business banking, and cash management. These services include personal portfolio home mortgage loans, conventional secondary market loans, retail product sales, and small and large business lending including SBA. Chip is involved in many community and civic boards such as Foundation Board of Jefferson Community & Technical College, REBOUND, Boy Scouts of America, Americana Community Center, Waterfront Botanical Garden finance committee, and Mayor for the City of Indian Hills.

Chip retired from Republic Bank in 2023 and joined the team of United Mechanical as the companies Chief Financial Officer in May of 2024.

Graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1985 with a Business Marketing degree

Graduated from the Kentucky School of Banking in 1987.
